Attending the info meeting is not necessary but encouraged.

-2 coached workouts per Week
Thursdays at 5:30pm
Sundays at 8am
(Do not forget our Tuesday fun runs).
-Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including:
Nutrition, Hydration, Mechanics, and Mental Preparation.
-Daily Training Schedule.
-Technical Training Shirt.
Been in a previous group? Bring a friend and receive $10 off.
In order to insure you get the most out of the program our requirement is to complete 10 miles under 2 hours (12 min/miles).
Previous completion of a Half Marathon is not necessary but encouraged.
Participation in the race is not necessary.
