We will provide you with the tools to improve your time or to complete your first Half Marathon.

14 Week program

Beginning: May 25th
Ending: August 27th


Info meetings:

Attending the info meeting is not necessary but encouraged.
May 23 (Tuesday) 7pm


Training Includes:

-2 coached workouts per Week
Thursdays at 5:30pm
Sundays at 8am
(Do not forget our Tuesday fun runs).

-Mini Seminars covering everything you need to help you accomplish your goals including:
Nutrition, Hydration, Mechanics, and Mental Preparation.

-Daily Training Schedule.

-Technical Training Shirt.

Cost $100.

Been in a previous group? Bring a friend and receive $10 off.

In order to insure you get the most out of the program our only requirement is to complete 5 miles in under an hour.



Participation in the race is not necessary.

This Training Group will be led by Kenny Brown. Boasting a personal best of 2:26:44 for the marathon, Kenny has been a top local runner for years, competing in distances ranging up to 50 miles. Not only does he put in the utmost effort in his own training, for years he has done his best to help others reach their potential as well.

We will also have a knowledgeable and experienced supporting staff on hand to help.
