Women's 10K/Half Marathon Training Group

Build your running fitness with our 10K/Half marathon training group!
Join a group of awesome, motivated women for Heart & Sole's women's 10K/half marathon group.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for women of all shapes, sizes, and experiences.

No advanced running experience required, but it is helpful if you can travel (run or run/walk) at least three miles.
If you would like to take on a half marathon, it is extremely helpful to be able to travel six miles.

Friday, June 9, 7:00 p.m.

Program Includes:

-3 coached runs per week
Monday and Wednesday: 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.

(Don't forget our Tuesday fun runs!)

Nutrition, Hydration, Footwear, and Mental Preparation

Coach Whit is a dedicated runner and triathlete with years of racing experience.
She loves to coach our women's groups and wants to help everyone meet their goals.
She also has an unabashed love of chocolate and french fries. She's so excited to lead the 10K/half group this summer!
