Every Tuesday at 5:30pm, rain or shine, join fellow active-minded individals for a low-key, high-fun jaunt starting here at Heart and Sole Sports. Runs average about 4-5 miles, with options to cut them down in length as well. Afterwards come stretch, rehydrate, and hang out with your fellow runners at our store. All abilities welcome, and there is no cost to join. Just come and run!

    Races We Sponsor

  • Sonoma Valley Footrace and Festival, Saturday, May 22nd

Come enjoy a 5K run/walk or an advanced 10K run, both winding through the scenic grounds of Sonoma Developmental Center. Choose the 10K for a challenging run through stunning scenery, both on- and off-road. Pass lakes and run through woods in the hills above Sonoma. For a less challenging run or walk, choose the 5K course which also winds through the beautiful grounds of the center on mostly level pavement. Come experience one of Sonoma County's most beautiful 10k courses. More information and registration at their website.

  • Fitch Mountain Footrace, Sunday, June 13th

The run takes place in the Heart of Sonoma County's Wine Country. Both the 10K and 3K courses begin and end at the Historic Downtown Plaza. Come and enjoy a day in the wine country with great restaurants, world class wineries and the beautiful Russian River. The course meanders through quaint neighborhoods and out around the challenging Fitch Mountain bordering the Russian River.
