- Ran Professionally for Athletics West/Nike for 5 years. - American Record Holder in 4 x 1,500m & 4 x mile relays. - Participated in Olympic Trials. - Personal bests include 3:38.70 1,500m (3:55 mile equivalent), 7:48:02 3,000m, and 13:30.95 5,000m. - 15 years coaching HS Track and XC (Santa Rosa, Maria Carrillo, and Sonoma Academy) - Coached top 3 State HS XC teams & individuals: Julia Stamps, Trina Cox, Jenny Aldridge & Jake Arnold - Coached several All-Americans (Mike Stone, Scott Pierce) - 17 years coaching youth running (SR Express, Youth Team Pursuit) - 6 years coaching at the college level(Cal Poly & Sonoma State University) - Member of two time national championship Cal Poly XC teams - Four time Div II All-American Cal Poly Track/XC + Div I All-American in 1979. - Two time 1500m national champion & current record holder for 1500m at Cal Poly SLO - 1977 State Junior College champion and current school record holder for 1500m - All-League in Track and XC at Petaluma HS - #1 time in nation for HS 800m in (1975) - Current Petaluma HS and Redwood Empire record holder for the 800m 1:49.31 (1975) - Inducted into the Santa Rosa JC Hall of Fame in 2010
