Full Time Job Posting
Hard working, committed individuals with outstanding communication and customer service skills who are available full time as a sales associate in a retail environment working a minimum of 30 hrs/wk.

Shifts
Varying: Monday-Friday 9:45am-7:30pm, Saturday 9:45am-6:30pm and Sunday 11:45-5:30

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers on the sales floor
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Be socially able to talk and work with many different personality types
- Personally fit customers with footwear
- Learn a knowledge base for product
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, and move shoe boxes using step stools
- Ability to process sales/returns/exchanges in a cashiering program
- Maintain an organized and clean environment
- Stock product
- Assist with expo and event preparations
- Assist with other tasks and projects

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Be a reliable and hard worker
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Maintain a positive attitude on the sales floor
- Merchandising or marketing experience a plus
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work at events around Sonoma County
